• Whole pig 140-185 lbs hanging weight $3.00 per lb
• Half pig  70-95 lbs hanging weight $3.50 per lb
• Roaster pig 50-120 lbs hanging weight $3.25 per lb

Prices include live delivery to butcher within 30 miles of our farm. Delivery charge of 50 cents per mile for each mile over 30 miles applies or you may pick-up your live pig at the farm.

Customer pays butcher for processing [slaughter, cutting, etc]. Processing costs vary per butcher. The butcher we normally use charges $35 kill fee plus 52 cents lb processing fee. Cures are additional.

These are live animals, so weights will vary. We will get as close to your desired weight as possible. Hanging weight is determined after the first step in the butchering process and is aprox. 70-75% of live weight.

Our pigs are bred for fall processing. A $100 deposit for whole pigs and $50 deposit for half and roaster pigs is required at the time of ordering. Order early to be sure of availability. You will receive a confirmation email/letter once we receive your order and deposit. The confirmation will detail when your pig will be ready for processing.

Martha's milk is the BEST you'll ever taste! She lives totally on pasture, getting quality hay during the winter. She receives grain only at milking time. Jersey milk is known for having the highest butterfat content of any dairy breed and Martha's milk more than lives up to that reputation. Her cream is just awesome for home-made butter and ice cream!

Our Heritage Breed Buff Orpingtons are Day Ranged and have the run of the farm. They are housed over-night in their hoop house to protect them from a plethera of predators. Their Brown Eggs are far superior in taste and nutritional benefits than anything you'll find in a grocery store!

The broilers and turkeys are raised in pasture poultry pens allowing them a healty growing environment of grass and sunshine while keeping them safe from predators.

We process broilers in May, July & Sept. Orders may be placed in March, [for May, July or Sept processing], in May [for July and Sept processing] or July [for Sept processing or following year's processing].

A deposit of five dollars per broiler is required with all orders. Deposits are refundable only if we are unable to provide the product [which hasn't happened yet!] No minimum order. Orders must be picked up from the farm. We do not deliver nor ship. Broilers average 3-4 lbs each.

Turkeys are processed in November in time for the holidays. They must be ordered by July 1st and require a $10 deposit per bird. Turkeys range in size from 15-25 lbs.
